Our Methodology is based on the Industry Standard V Model. We begin the testing process by developing a comprehensive test plan with the Client that addresses the overall test strategy, identifies Risks, Assumptions, Coverage and Scope of testing. In order to verify that System Test covers key functionality without duplication of efforts, team members will be assigned to the key functional areas. Together with the Client, our engineers will engage in Requirements Decomposition and develop test scenarios for various business functionalities.

Next, for each test scenario, our engineers will develop the Test Cases and Identify test Data and log them into the test management tool. Additionally Coverage validation (with the assistance of the Business Analysts) will be performed to verify that sufficient and necessary functionality has been covered in the test Scenarios and scripts. These are then prioritized in such a manner as to cover business processes of high importance and criticality.

The Test run will commence, executing the test cases with the test data documenting each test result and reporting defects in the test management tool. As Defects are fixed, test cases will be re-executed for any potential defects. This process will continue until it is decided that sufficient coverage has been achieved. At which time, we can develop automation scripts in a tool of the Clients Choice. Automation scripts can be used as Regression test scripts for future versions and releases.

At the end of each test run, a report is prepared at the to show exactly what was tested and to list the final outcomes
